How do I know if Counselling or Therapy is for me? You may not know if counselling or therapy is right for you until you try it. We offer an assessment session as an opportunity to discuss what counselling is about. Counselling provides a space for you to explore your feelings, the situation you are currently in and to consider how you might move forward.
How can Counselling or Therapy help? Counselling can be many things to people depending on what you feel you need to explore and what you would like to gain? Counselling is about working on issues that are important to you. Women choose counselling for many different reasons including;
