The Choices Programme
‘It is only when you exercise your right to choose that you can also exercise the right to change’
The programme is forward looking and aims to provide insight and awareness into a range of topics. The programme will increase your personal choices by building knowledge and life skills that will help support you to make positive changes in your life.

- Solving Problems
- Setting and Reaching Goals
- Understanding Anxiety
- Healthy Boundaries
- Personal Rights
- Being comfortable saying no
- Understanding Anger
Where are the courses held? Various venues across the Middlesbrough area. Our programme is currently running at St Mary’s Centre.
When? 6 x weekly, 2 hour sessions. Our sessions typically run on Wednesdays.

The Freedom Programme
The Freedom Programme was developed by Pat Craven and evolved from her work with perpetrators of domestic abuse. The aim of the programme is to help women to understand and make sense of the abuse they have experienced.
