The LESA Service

Practical Help & Support

What is the LESA Service?

We understand that for many people the impact of sexual violence can affect how they manage day-to-day with issues such as finances, benefits, and work.

The Life Enhancement Skills Advisors (LESA) is a service that we have developed which can offer practical help and support to existing ARCH clients, helping you to overcome these difficulties.

What Can They Help With?

Working alongside our other services, our LESA advisors are here to make sure you get all the practical support you may need. They can help identify any areas you may be struggling with and will work with you to create an action plan to assist you in all aspects of day-to-day life such as:

  • Housing advice
  • Help with drug and alcohol problems
  • Improving qualifications
  • Returning to work, training or education
  • Welfare and benefits advice
  • Financial support

We can also work with you towards any hopes and aspirations you might have for the future.

How to access this support

This service is only available to people who are currently registered with ARCH and receiving a counselling or ISVA service.
